EasyCAN Refund Policy

Lemon Squeezy is the authorised reseller and payment handler. EasyCAN helps resolve technical problems with the product, while an approved payment refund is processed by Lemon Squeezy.

1. Digital products

EasyCAN Unlock Credits and EasyCAN Reprog Credits are one-time digital products delivered by assigning tokens to an EasyCAN account after Lemon Squeezy confirms payment. The purchase is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

2. Withdrawal and consumer rights

Consumers in the European Union generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right expires only after full performance where performance began with the consumer's express prior consent, the consumer was informed of and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right, and the legally required confirmation was then provided on a durable medium.

If these conditions were not met or the tokens have not yet been fully delivered, merely opening checkout or making payment does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal. The consents and information binding for the individual transaction are presented in the Lemon Squeezy checkout and order confirmation.

3. Reporting a technical problem

If tokens were not delivered or a function does not work as described, first email ebt25@easycan.pl. Include the account email, token type, approximate purchase time, Lemon Squeezy order ID and a description of the problem. Do not send your password or card details. We will try to deliver missing tokens or resolve the problem without undue delay.

Where digital content or a digital service does not conform to the contract, a consumer may require that it be brought into conformity. If that is impossible, disproportionately costly, not completed within a reasonable time, or the non-conformity is sufficiently serious, the consumer may seek a price reduction or terminate the contract as provided by applicable law.

4. Requesting a refund

Lemon Squeezy is the seller handling the transaction. Submit a withdrawal or refund request through the channel shown in the order confirmation or under the current Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms. You may also email EasyCAN at ebt25@easycan.pl with the order number; EasyCAN will provide technical information and help identify the transaction.

6. Effect of a refund or payment dispute

After an approved refund, access to the corresponding product may end. Unused tokens associated with the refunded transaction may be removed, and the account or token use may be reviewed. In the event of a chargeback or payment reversal, access may be temporarily suspended while the matter is investigated. This does not limit lawful rights to dispute a payment.

8. Mandatory rights prevail

If applicable law or Lemon Squeezy's terms give the buyer greater protection, the higher level of protection applies. The version of the terms in force when the transaction was completed applies to that transaction.
